IS ATTARIAT A 100% ORGANIC AND/OR NATURAL STORE?

No, we are not, nor do we sell ourselves as such, although most of our brands are. It was not our intention when we created Attariat to dedicate ourselves exclusively to organic and/or natural brands. We were looking for different, innovative brands, really unknown to the general public but just as or more effective than the usual ones. In that wonderful search we discovered that new companies were trying to use the healthiest and most beneficial ingredients possible for our skin while being less harmful to the environment.

DO ALL ORDERS INCLUDE SAMPLES?

Regardless of the value of the order, whenever we have availability we include samples. In the shopping cart you can choose up to 4 samples per order and a gift travel product for orders over €150.

If we did not have any of the chosen samples in stock, we would replace it with another similar one.

You have to keep in mind that not all brands provide them. Some of them do not make them of their own free will. Its policy is not to spend more than necessary natural resources and to focus these resources on the production of their own products.

IS IT SAFE TO BUY IN ATTARIAT?

The security of personal data is important to us. We take all reasonable measures to ensure the security of your data. Once we have received your information, we use strict procedures and security features to prevent unauthorized access. Attariat does not keep any banking data.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

1.- Items can only be returned if they are unopened, unused and in a re-saleable condition with all tamper resistant seals, packaging and any cellophane intact and unopened. Items must be returned within 14 days, which starts on the day after you received the item. We cannot take responsibility of any returned item if they do not meet the requirements above mentioned.

2.- The money will be refunded except for the original shipping costs – €7

3.- If a product arrives damaged, the claim must be made within 24 hours of receipt of the order. In this case, ATTARIAT will be responsible for the return shipping costs if the item meets the requirements above mentioned.

4.- SALES and OUTLET products do not accept changes or returns but instead you get them at a fantastic price, some even below their cost.
