Is Attariat an 100% organic/natural shop?
No, we are not although the most of our brands are. When we founded Attariat, never intended to have entirely organic/natural brands. We searched for new, original and different brands. And we discovered that these new products are healthier and kinder for the skin. Focusing on natural & organic and food based ingredients as well as protect the environment.
Are free samples included with each purchase order?
Free samples are included with no minimum purchase subject to availability. During the check out you will able to choose up to 4 free samples and 1 travel size for orders over 150€.
You have to take into consideration that all brands not provide them. Even some companies do not produce them, as they rather to preserve and focus the natural resources to manufacture the products.
How can I pay?
Attariat offers two options: credit card and paypal

CREDIT CARD: just click TPV Banco Sabadell.
Is safe to buy in Attariat?
The security of personal data is important to us. We take all reasonable measures to ensure the security of your data. Once we have received your information, we use strict procedures and security features to prevent unauthorized access. Attariat does not keep any banking data.
Items can only be returned if they are unopened, unused and in a re-saleable condition with all tamper resistant seals, packaging and any cellophane intact and unopened. Items must be returned within 14 days, which starts on the day after you received the item. We cannot take responsibility of any returned item if they do not meet the requirements above mentioned.
You must send us the product and, once we verify that it is in perfect condition, we will make the refund through the same means of payment that you used to pay for the order less the original shipping costs. Shipping costs to Attariat for exchanges or returns are at your expense.
You are responsible for ensuring that both the product and its packaging arrive in perfect condition; if not, we will not be able to refund. Use the same box in which the order arrived (or a similar one) to avoid damage to the packaging during transport.
